Digital Prosthetic Fabrication
With the innovative R5 machine by Vhf (https://www.vhf.de/en/products/dental/dental-milling-machines/r5/), Panorama Dental Center completes its transition to the world of Digital Dentistry. By providing the design models of prosthetic restorations (crowns, bridges, veneers, etc.) from its design software to the German-made Vhf CNC machine, it efficiently and accurately carries out dental work.
This highly automated milling and grinding machine brings revolutionary approaches to our clinic, potentially ranking it as one of the most advanced Digital Dentistry Clinics in Northern Greece and Europe.

The Panorama Dental Center relies on the Asiga Max UV 3D printer
The Panorama Dental Center relies on the Asiga Max UV 3D printer(https://www.asiga.com/products/printers/max_series/max/)for the fabrication of surgical guides for “Guided Implant Placement” and bite splints, orthodontic models, temporary crowns & bridges, dental models, and aligners, making it one of the best tabletop 3D printers in terms of print quality and indications in Dental Science.
The precise layer formation of biocompatible resin is crucial for achieving stable and accurate results in any production environment. With approximately 380 biocompatible 3D printing materials, the curing process is accelerated using deeper UV wavelengths (385nm), reducing scatter in the XY axes and excessive hardening. The result is increased precision, accuracy, production reliability, and material processing capabilities.
The Asiga Max UV holds a prominent position and acceptance worldwide in the dental field, which influenced our choice for a 3D printer at Panorama Dental Center.
